Incredible base for vacation, felt like home. The location was great and best possible, at walking distance from a historical Hindu temple. We also went to city center, located at walking distance from the hotel. The in-house restaurant was good, good service...

The hotel is in a strategic location, which makes it easy to access various amenities, such as shopping and dining areas. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the forest just outside the window. The staff was extremely helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable.
The room lacked enough plug points, especially near the bed and in the forest view room. There were only a few available in the washroom and near the table area.

The room was nicely decorated and had a magnificent view. The restaurant had an extensive menu with tasty dishes. The location was perfect as it was easy to access Old Manali and Mall Road.
The room was quite cold in December, and the balcony was small and cold as well. the lack of natural light inside the room made it less enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to most local places and away from the main crowded area. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed and had a lovely view of the forest just outside the window. The cleanliness of the hotel was definitely noteworthy. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Service from the staff is exceptional, with complimentary double rod heaters during winters. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could provide more plug points in the room for added convenience.
